Refund & Return Policy
At Imperial Association, products are purchased directly from suppliers in China and shipped directly to the customer. Because these products are sourced and delivered specifically through our international supply arrangements, all purchases are final.
No Return or Refund
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests after an order has been placed. Customers are requested to carefully review the product description, specifications, size, color, quantity, images, and other available details before completing their purchase.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have reviewed the product information and agree to our No Return / No Refund Policy.

Our products are sourced directly from suppliers in China and are shipped directly as part of our international supply process. Delivery times may vary depending on the supplier, shipping service, customs clearance, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or materially different from the product ordered, please contact Imperial Association as soon as possible after delivery and provide clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, work with the supplier or shipping provider to determine whether any solution is available. Any resolution is subject to verification and supplier/shipping-provider policies.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by international shipping, customs, weather, logistics, or other circumstances outside our control. Delays do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information and carefully review the product information before purchasing. Imperial Association is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect addresses, incorrect product selections, or failure to check product specifications before ordering.
Final Sale
All orders are considered final once confirmed and paid for. No returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds are available except where Imperial Association specifically determines that an exception applies.
